摘要
主要研究了以海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇( 简称PVA) 为包埋剂,固定硝化细菌,测定硝化作用活性。结果表明:在适宜包埋条件下,固定化硝化细菌保持较好的硝化作用活性,并具有一定的热稳定性及耐酸碱性。
Sodium alginate gel and polyrinyl alcolid are used as embedding medium to fix nitrobacter and their nitrification activities are measured. The result shows that under the optimum embedding condition, the fixed bacterium still keeps the satisfying activity and has good thermal stability and pH changing tolerance. Our research points out the possibility and advantages of embedding nitrobacter.
