摘要
本文扼要分析了普通高校学报的现状,从加强领导、组织稿源、改进审稿。
This paper briefly discussed the presentsituations of academic journals in higher learning institutions and brings up some suggestions of how to manage, organize and examine the cadidate papers using modern technological methods.
