摘要
经济决策评价是住宅建筑维修改造项目决策的核心内容．研究了住宅总费用与维修费用的概念特征；提出了住宅维修改造的总费用和投入产出决策评价方法，建立了住宅修缮或重建的经济效益判别准则．
The economic decision and evaluation for the project decision of housing maintenance and renovation is focused on.The concepts and characteristics of total cost and housing maintenance costs are studied.The decision and evaluation methods of total cost and input output analysis for housing maintenance and renovation are set up. The discriminatory principles of economic benefit to repair or rebuild in housing improving project are establised and evaluation cases are presented.
