冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变PCI术后预防造影剂肾病的护理

PCI Nursing Experience in Preventing CIN of CTO Patients

目的探讨冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变（CTO）患者PCI术后预防造影剂肾病的护理体会。方法我科对46例CTO患者行PCI治疗，术前予心理护理及风险评分．术后均给予水化治疗．并对其并发症及潜在的并发症进行护理。结果46例患者中无一例因大剂量造影剂出现造影剂肾病，均痊愈出院。结论通过良好的护理干预及术后加强水化治疗可预防PCI术后造影剂肾病的发生。

Objective Post percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） nursing experience in preventing contrast-induced nephropathy （CIN） of chronic coronary total occlusion （CTO） patients. Methods 46 chronic CTO patients received mental nursing and risk assessment before PCI and rehydration therapy after that. Whole nursing care were taken to prevent the potential complications. Results None of the 46 patients got contrast-induced nephropathy and were all discharged. Conclusion Post PCI contrast-induced nephropathy can be prevented by fine nursing care and enhanced post- operation rehydration therapy.
