HPLC法测定复方胆氨片中氯氮卓的含量

Determination Chlordiazepoxide in Compound Sodium Cholate and Aminophylline Tablets by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方胆氨片中氯氮卓的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC进行测定。采用氰基键合硅胶色谱柱（Zorbax CN，4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水相（0．5％庚烷磺酸钠水溶液，磷酸调pH值3．0）（50：50），检测波长为254nm，外标法。结果氯氮卓在。0．5-10μg／ml（γ=0．9997）浓度范围内线性关系良好，回收率为102．5％（n=9），RSD为1．7％。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the assay of Chlordiazepoxide in compound sodium cholate and aminophylline tablets. Method The assay was performed on a Zorbax-CN column （4.6mm×150mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water phase （ 0.5% sodium heptanesulfonate, then adjusting pH to 3.00±0.02 with phosphoric acid） （50：50）. The detection wavelength was 254nm. Results Good linear was shown in the range of 0.5-10μg/ml（γ=0.9997）. The average recovery was 102.5%. Conclusion The method might be simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the assay of Chlordiazepoxide in compound sodium cholate and aminophylline tablets compound sodium cholate and aminophylline tablets.
