摘要 目的掌握与老年患者护理沟通的技巧。方法根据老年患者的心理心态特点及护理要点或衰老程度,是否有多种慢性疾病,而针对性的进行护理沟通。结果首先仪表端庄整洁大方,适应老年人患者的欣赏习惯,然后服务态度亲切和蔼,会被老年人接纳认可。礼貌谦逊,尊重老人是沟通的桥梁。积极的语言消除顾虑,鼓舞患者战胜疾病,心身早日康复。掌握良好的倾听习惯。认真仔细的观察和发现使我们有针对性的时行护理沟通。精湛的操作技巧是维系沟通效应的纽带。生活护理琐碎小事,可使我们的沟通事半功倍。结论掌握了与老年患者护理沟通的技巧.帮助我们在沟通中养成良好的倾听习惯,使我们的治疗护理顺利展开并成功提高了我们的交流能力和业务水平。 Objective Master the communicate technique with senile patients. Methods According to the characteristics of elderly patients with mental attitude and nursing points or senium degree, whether they have multiple chronic disease, thus some pointed nursing communication. Results First the dignified, neat and easy, suit elderly patients appreciated habit, then service attitude and gentleness, easily accepted and recognized by senile patients. Polite humility, respect for the senile patients is the bridge of communicate. Use a positive discourse eliminate concerns, encouraging patients against disease, bodies to recover as soon as possible. Grasp good listening habits. Carefully observed and found that we have the targeted nursing communication. Superb skills is way to sustain the link of communication effect. Daily care and trivial things can make our communication easier. Conclusions Master the nurse and communication skills with senile patients, help us develop good listening habits in communication, make our therapy and nursing smoothly and successfully improved our communication skills and competence.
