通过建立合理的现状用地评价体系,从用地格局、交通组织、特色空间的营造、"城中村"的改造等多方面对滨水型旧城中心区规划方法进行探讨。
Through establishment of comprehensive evaluation system for land use, this paper discusses on planning for old strand watertown by land use layout, traffic organization, characteristic space, urban village reconstruction and development control.
