摘要 血管内皮细胞具有多种生理功能,其功能障碍是动脉硬化、高血压等疾病发病的中心环节。因此.血管内皮功能的检测对心血管疾病的早期发现、治疗效果的评估、病情预后的判断方面具有重要意义。高频彩超评价肱动脉血流介导的内皮舒张功能具有无创性、可重复性强、操作简单、相关性好等优点,有很大的临床应用价值。 Vascular endothelial cells have a variety of physiological functions, and its dysfunction is atherosclerosis, hypertension and other diseases of the central link. Detection of vascular endothelial function on cardiovascular disease, has important significance to early detection, treatment assessment, prognosis judgment. High frequency color Doppler ultrasound evaluation of brachial artery flow-mediated endothelial function with noninvasive, repeatable, simple, and good, relevant have great clinical value.
