30例细辛脑注射液不良反应分析

Analysis Adverse Reaction of 30 Case of Injection Asarone

目的通过对我院门诊30例注射用细辛脑所致的不良反应报告分析,探讨该药不良反应的类型、规律及趋势。方法对30例注射用细辛脑所致的不良反应报告进行归类及分析。结果共发现注射用细辛脑所致的不良反应30例,其中全身过敏反应18例,消化系统损害7例,皮肤及其他附件损害4例,其他不良反应1例。结论细辛脑注射液所致的临床ADR/ADE应引起临床高度重视,建议完善药品说明书。

Objective 68 patients of our hospital due to injection asarone reports of adverse reactions,adverse drug reactions of the type of laws and trends.Methods 68 cases caused by injection asarone reports of adverse reactions are classified and analyzed.Results The total of asarone injection adverse reactions caused 68 cases of systemic allergic reactions including 45 cases,10 cases of digestive system damage,skin damage and other accessories in 8 cases,other adverse reactions in 5 cases.Conclusion asarone injection-induced clinical ADR / ADE should lead to clinical attention,proposed to improve the package insert.
