2007～2010年济宁市第二人民医院抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

Utilization of Antibacterials in One Hospital During the Period 2007～2010

目的对济宁市第二人民医院2007～2010年抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计,分析抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势,为临床合理用药和科学管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集该院2007～2010年抗菌药物使用资料,对用药种类、用药金额、用药频度等进行分析。结果 4a来抗菌药物的品种数逐年增多,但抗菌药物的消耗占药品消耗总金额的比例逐年下降。临床使用抗菌药物主要以氟喹诺酮类和头孢菌素类为主。结论我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍有少数品种存在过量使用现象。

Objective To investigate the feature and tendency of the utilization of antibacterials in one hospital in 2007～2010so as to provide references for the rational use and scientific management of antibacterials.Methods The consumption data of the antibacterials in this hospital during the period 2007~2010 were collected for analysis of consumption sum,drug kinds and DDDs etc.Results The kinds of antibacterials increased year by year during the four years,but the proportion of its consumption sum in the total decreased year by year.Cephalosporins and Quinolones have dominated the first places among the antibacterials used in this hospital.Conclusion The utilization of antibacterials in this hospital was rational on the whole,but a few kinds were used excessively.
