摘要
目的 ：观察纳米银对根管治疗期间痛（EIP）的影响。方法 189颗患牙随机分为纳米银治疗组和甲醛甲酚对照组,根管预备后封两组药各1周,观察两组EIP的发生率。结果纳米银封药组EIP发生率为4.44%明显低于甲醛甲酚组17.28%（P〈0.05）。结论纳米银能明显减少EIP的发生。
Objectives To observe the influencet of nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agent on prevention of endodontic interappointment pain.Methods 189 teeth were divided to nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agent group and FC group at random after root canal preparation.The incidence of EIP were observed after one week.Results The clinical observation revealed that the incidence of EIP of nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agent group（4.44%） was lower than that of control group（17.28%）（P0.05）.Conclusions The incidence of EIP can be reduced after nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agent.
