音频理疗促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复的观察

Observation of Audio Physiotherapy Promoting Patients Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Gastric Cancer Surgery

目的观察音频理疗对促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法将行胃癌术后396例患者随机分为2组。治疗组198例术后除采用传统治疗措施外,另给予音频理疗,对照组198例只采用传统治疗措施,记录术后两组患者肛门开始排气的时间。结果肛门平均排气时间治疗组为（46.5 5.47）h,对照组为（58.2 6.29）h,两组比较,治疗组排气时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论音频理疗可显著促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the role of audio physiotherapy promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after gastric cancer surgery.Methods 396 patients after gastric cancer surgery were randomized into the treatment group（n=198） and the contrast group（n=198）.The treatment group received both traditional treatment and audio physiotherapy,while the contrast group（n=198） only received traditional treatment,to record the time from surgery finished to appearing the first fart.Results The average time of the treatment group was（46.5 5.47）hours,but the contrast group was（58.2 6.29）hours.The result indicated the former need less time than the latter（P0.05） in the first fart.Conclusion Patients after gastric cancer surgery received audio physiotherapy can recover gastrointestinal function earlier significantly,this technology is value in clinical therapy.
