下肢动脉硬化的彩色多普勒超声诊断探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(Color Doppler Ultrasound,CDU)在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的诊断价值。方法对97例接受彩色多普勒超声检查的病例进行回顾性分析,并将数字减影血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA)和/或手术确诊的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者纳入病例组(n=54),对照组为诊断结果为非下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者(n=43)。结果通过卡方检验彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉硬化的诊断结果阳性率与血管造影检测和/或手术确诊的结果不存在统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论使用彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉硬化的准确率与血管造影有较好的一致性,彩色多普勒在下肢动脉硬化诊断中具有重要的意义。
