女性下肢骨折患者围手术期尿路感染的预防及护理体会

Prevention and Nursing Experience of Urnary Tract in Femal Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的比较两种护理措施对预防女性下肢骨折患者发生泌尿道感染的效果,为改进护理方法提供依据。方法将360例下肢骨折手术的女性患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用舒心护理,分别比较两组泌尿道感染发生情况。结果对照组与实验组泌尿道感染发生例数分别为26例和0例。结论改良的舒心护理方式可有效地降低女性下肢骨折患者泌尿道感染的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of nursing measures on preventing urinary tract infection in femal patients with lower limb fracture,and provide basis for improving nursing methods.Method 360 femal patients with fracture of lower limb after operation were divided into control group and experiment group randomly,the control group adopts a routine nursing,the experiment group adopts a comfortable nursing,compare the occurance of urinary tract infection of the two groups respectively.Results The occurance number of urinary tract infection in control group is 26 and experiment group is 0,The Conclusion The improving comfortable nursing method can lower the incidence rate of urinary tract infection in femal patients with lower limb fracture.
