摘要
在·OH、O和H2O2的产生和检测系统中.加入不同体积的茵陈水提液,观察其与活性氧引发反应的竞争效应。结果表明,茵陈水提液能显著降低·OH作用下的水杨酸羟基化作用,及O引发的NBT光化学还原,而对H2O驱动的过氧化物-钛复合物的形成没有影响。因而,体外茵陈水提液是·OH和O2的有效清除剂.但对H2O2没有清除活性。
Adding the extracts from Artemisia capillaris to the generating and detecting systems of hydroxyl radical ( OH) .superoxide radical (O2) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and observing its competitive ability to active oxygen reactions. The resulls showed that the extracts from Artemisia capillaris could reduce.OHinitiated hydroxylation of salicylate and inhibit O2 mediated light chemical reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) effectively, but it might not reducc H2O2 driven the formation of peroxide-titanium complex. Thus,the study indicatcd that the extracts from Artemisia capillaris was an effective scavenger of. OH and O2,but it was ineffective on scavcnging H2O2.
