鸡传染性法氏囊病油乳剂组织灭活苗的研制与免疫效果测定

Preparation of Oil-adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine against Infection Bursal Disease and Test of Its Immunoloical Efficacy

选择自然发病鸡有典型病变之法氏囊．研制了油乳剂组织灭活苗，试验接种健康雏鸡第10、20、30、60、90和120天后，其血清AGP抗体阳性率分别为20％、50％、100％、100％、100％和70％。免疫后第60天攻击IBD强毒，保护率为100％，对鸡无毒副作用，室温保存12个月不影响免疫效果。

The oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against IBD was preparated with bursal tissue from natural cases. The immune experiment shows that the positive rate of AGP in the chicken serum is 100% on pastinoculation the 30th day. The experiment is infected by IBD violent virus on the 60th day and the protective rate is 100%.
