摘要
本文提出了从三氯蔗糖生产废水中回收二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的新工艺。该工艺在真空精馏条件下把60%DMF废水经脱水和脱酸制得高纯DMF。所得DMF产品纯度为99.97%,收率达99%以上,从而解决在生产过程中因循环使用DMF导致三氯蔗糖收率低的难题。
A new technology is developed to recycle N,N-dimethyl formamide（DMF） from sucralose industry wastewater.The wastewater containing 60% DMF was dehydrated and deacidified in a vacuum distillation conditions for producing high purity DMF.The purity and yield of the product were of 99.97% and 99%,respectively.This research proved references for solving the problem of low yield of sucralose caused by the recycling of DMF.
