对济源市青少年参与篮球运动动机的调查研究

Survey on the Sport Motivation of Teenager Basketball Players in Jiyuan City

本研究对济源市青少年篮球运动员运动动机进行了调查。研究结果表明,济源市青少年篮球运动员运动动机水平总体情况较好,运动员求胜心较强,意志品质也较好。不足之处从主观因素方面有身体原因、没余暇时间、对运动没兴趣和怕累懒惰等。客观因素方面有场地条件有限、学习压力大和没有同伴等。通过研究青少年篮球运动动机,从而更好地了解青少年篮球运动员的运动动机的特点以及影响青少年运动篮球动机的因素,为教练员的训练和有关部门的管理体系改革提供一定的参考依据。

This paper investigates the sport motivation of teenager basketball players in Jiyuan by means of document literature, questionnaire survey, probability method and logical analysis. The research shows that the general condition of the sport motivation is good and athletes have strong winning mentality and volitional quality. However, there are also some subjective and objective deficiencies, such as poor physical conditions, shortage of leisure time, no interest in sports, laziness and tiredness, limited sport sites, much study pressure and lack of companies. Through the above investigation, this paper aims to study their characteristics of sport motivation as well as the influencing factors, which can provide references for coaches and relevant management departments to implement reforms.
