摘要
目的:考察白术茯苓汤1:1、2:1、1:2三种配比对克罗恩病大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法:采用Morris方法复制克罗恩病动物模型,白术茯苓汤不同配比灌胃给药,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组TNF-α、IL-1β明显升高(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10无明显变化;与模型组相比,1:1组明显降低TNF-α水平(P<0.05);1:2组明显降低IL-1β水平(P<0.05);2:1组能同时降低TNF-α、IL-1β水平(P<0.05);3种配比对IL-10无明显调节作用,但均能恢复IL-4至正常水平,其中以2:1组明显。结论:白术茯苓汤2:1组对TNF-α、IL-1β调节作用优于1:1组和1:2组,表明白术茯苓汤不同配比对Th1/Th2免疫失衡影响不同。
Objective:Researching the effect of Baizhu Fuling Tang 1:1,2:1,1:2 proportioning on Crohn’s disease rats’ cytokine.Methods:Using internationally recognized Morris’ methods to build the rats model and curing CD rats by Baizhu Fuling Tang in different proportioning,using ELISA kit to determine the TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-4,IL-10 in rats blood serum.Results:Comparing to the blank group:TNF-α,IL-1βlevel distinctly ascend(P〈0.05),IL-4,IL-10 level are no significant difference;compa-ring to the model group,1:1 group could reduce TNF-αlevel remarkably(P〈0.05);1:2 group could reduce IL-1βlevel remarkably(P〈0.05);2:1 group could reduce TNF-αlevel and IL-1βlevel simultaneously(P〈0.05);three proportioning group have no adjusting effects on IL-10;but which could make IL-4 back to normal over time,the more obvious is 2:1 group.Conclusion:The adjusting effects of Baizhu Fuling Tang 2:1 proportioning group is better than that of 1:1 and 1:2 ratios group in TNF-α and IL-1β level,which show different proportioning of Baizhu Fuling Tang have different effect on imbalanced immunity of Th1/Th2.
