Analysis of Evidence on the Relationship between the Formula and Syndrome

文章在界定方证概念的基础上,对当前方证研究领域流行的"方证相对"、"方证相应"、"方证对应"、"方证相关"几个主要观点进行了叙述和辨析,提出"方证相关"作为含括中医方证关系的逻辑表述实现了由经验现象向科学问题的转化,其蕴含的方证关联性大小及其现代内涵是方证关系中关键问题。"方证相关"不仅是诠释中医方证治验的逻辑基础,而且正在成为揭示中医药科学内涵的前沿领域。

Based on the defining the concept of the formula and syndrome, it is described and discriminated to several currently popular viewpoints of ＂formula matching with syndrome＂, ＂formula corresponding to syndrome＂, ＂correspondence between formula and syndrome＂, and ＇＇correlation between formula-syndrome＂ in research area of formula and syndrome in this article. Author puts forward ＂correlation between formula-syndrome＂, as a logic expression containing the relationship between formula and syndrome in TCM, can realize the transformation from the experience phenomenon to the scientific problem, which contained the key problem is the relevance degree between formula and syndrome, and its modem connotation. Theory on ＇＇correlation between formula-syndrome＂ is not only the logic foundation to interpret the experience about applying formula based on syndrome in TCM but also becoming the frontier field to reveal the scientific connotation of TCM.
