摘要
目的:考察实验温度对盐酸氮芥含量测定结果的影响。方法:在5—30℃之间设置6个温度点,分别在各个温度点下测定消白酊及10%盐酸氮芥溶液中盐酸氮芥含量的变化趋势。含量测定方法参照《中国药典)2010年版二部“盐酸氦芥注射液的含量测定方法”制定。结果:随着实验温度的升高,盐酸氮芥的含量测定结果逐渐升高,25℃以后不再变化。结论:实验温度低会造成化学反应不完全,使含量测定结果偏低,故盐酸氮芥的含量测定应不低于25℃,与室温接近。
Objective: To research the influence of experimental temperature on determinating chlormethine hydrochloride. Methods: Xiaobai tincture and 10% chlormethine hydrochloride were determinated in 6 temperature points during 5℃ to 30℃, then observed the variation trend of the measured results. The determination method was drew up which took the method of determinating chlormethine hydrochloride injection on Ch.p 2010(2) as reference. Results: The measured results rised as the experimental temperature rising, and was stable at about 25℃. Conclusion: Low temperature can cause inadequate chemical reaction and also decrease the measured results, so the experimental temperature of determinating ehlormethine hydrochloride should be controlled at about 25℃ which is closed to room temperature.
