摘要 通过试验观测,莱芜红香椿在秋末冬初,挖1m ×0.8m 宽深的栽植沟栽植,密度1m ×1.5m 或1m ×(1+ 2)m 的株行距,栽时每株树施TC0.1kg,栽后埋土防寒,N、P、K、Ca 和有机肥配合使用,并适当进行叶面追肥,各侧枝30cm 摘心,并应用抽技宝点取芽体,在嫩芽长到10cm ~20cm 左右采收,可显著提高其产量和质量。在山区与黄花菜或金银花等矮杆作物进行立体种植,其经济效益显著。 This article presents a set of techniques of growing red Chinese toona ( Toona sinensis ) for its young bud shoots as a new table dish. Root-sprout seedlings approximately 0.8-1.0 m high are planted in late autumn or early winter in a ditch of 1 m wide and 0.8 m deep with an espacement of 1 m by 1.5 m or 1 m by 1+2 m. At the time of planting 0.1 kg of TC, a soil modifier, is applied to each seedling, and soil is used to cover the seedling to protect it against cold injury. A combination of N, P, K, Ca and compost organic manure is adopted and foliar application recommended. When the branching shoots comes out about 30 cm, tip pruning is applied and a shoot-inducer spread on the cut. Harvest begins when the young shoot is about as long as 10-20 cm; this can significantly raise both the shoot yield and quality. In hilly and upland sites intercropping toona with peanut, citron daylily ( Hemerocallis citrina ), or honeysuckle ( Lonicera japonica ) can greatly promote the economic benefit.
