摘要
核型结构产业集群目前于国内外广泛存在,其创新网络独特的演化过程有待于认知和解释。首先分析了核型集群创新网络中主要的创新行为及其与焦点企业最终产品的联系,在此基础上,依据复杂适应系统理论,针对此类集群创新网络的演化过程构建回声模型,并且在Swarm平台上对该模型进行仿真。仿真结果再现了网络演化过程,论证了此过程中网络主体需要经历3次进化,分析了技术环境因素对这一过程的具体影响,诠释了网络中的各类粘着现象,对比了此类创新网络于国内外不同的演化过程,并指出焦点企业对于关键基本组件的剥离比率低下是制约我国此类创新网络演化发展的瓶颈因素。重新构建了回声模型,从而拓展了复杂适应系统理论的应用范围,也针对我国此类集群创新网络演化过程提出了若干政策建议。
Core-structure industrial clusters exist widely in practice,and the evolution process of their innovation networks needs in-depth recognition and explanation.The paper analyzes main innovation activities in this kind of industrial clusters and their relationship with final products of focal firms.Then an echo model of the evolution process of core-structure cluster innovation networks is built and simulated on Swarm platform.The simulation results reproduces the evolution process,and shows that agents in the network need evolve three times.The paper analyzes influences of the factor of technology environment,and explains several kinds of adhesion in the network.It also compares domestic evolution process of this kind of industrial cluster innovation networks with foreign networks,and shows the low key component peeling off rate of focal firms is the bottleneck factor of the evolution process of Chinese core-structure industrial cluster innovation networks.The paper reconstructs echo model,extends the application field of Complex Adaptive System theory,and provides some effective policy recommendations to improve this evolution process.
