医院感染现患率调查与分析

目的了解医院感染现状,为医院感染的深入研究提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,床旁调查与住院病历调查相结合,将调查日处于医院感染状态的进行统计分析。结果实查177例,现患率为3.95%,感染部位依次为下呼吸道、上呼吸道、胃肠道;抗菌药物使用率51.41%,用药前病原菌送检率较低,约为32.26%。结论现患率调查方法简单,结果可靠,可反映医院感染情况;根据结果提示有针对性地开展目标性监测,提高病原菌送检率,进一步规范抗菌药物合理使用,从而不断降低医院感染发生率。

OBJECTIVE To understand the nosocomial infection present situation to provide the scientific basis for nosocomial infection＇s deep research.METHODS The cross section investigation method was employed,combined with nearby the bed the investigation and hospital medical record investigation unifies,investigate the date to be at the nosocomial infection condition to carry on the statistical analysis.RESULTS 177 examples were cheeked presently contracting rate was 3.95%.The infection site under the respiratory tract,the upper respiratory tract,the gastro-intestinal tract were in turn.The antibiotics utilization ratio 51.41%,before the medication,the disease germ examining rate was low,about 32.26%.CONCLUSIONS The investigation method of presently contracting rate is simple and reliable,can reflect the nosocomial infection situation basically;according to the result carry out the goal monitor target-oriented pertinently,enhance the of disease germ,thus cut the nosocomial infection formation rate unceasingly.
