中老年妇女真菌性阴道炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of fungal vaginitis in middle-aged women

目的探讨中老年妇女真菌性阴道炎的病因和防治对策。方法选择2009年1月-2010年1月在医院门诊检查的120例真菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例;对照组仅用2%碳酸氢钠液体冲洗外阴阴道,观察组在此基础上采用卫生宣教、改变不良卫生习惯和局部加用硝酸咪康唑阴道栓综合治疗;观察两组治疗7 d后的疗效以及治愈者1个月后的复发率。结果观察组有效率为93.3%,复发率为3.6%;对照组有效率为73.3%,复发率为15.9%;两组有效率和复发率差异均有统计学意义。结论卫生宣教、改善不良生活习惯及局部应用硝酸咪康唑阴道栓治疗真菌性阴道炎疗效好、复发少、安全可靠。

OBJECTIVE To explore the causes and prevention and treatment measures of fungal vaginitis in middle-aged women.METHODS 120 patients with fungal vaginitis conducting gynecological survey in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Jan 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group（n=60） and the control group（n=60）.The control group adopted only received 2% of sodium bicarbonate liquid for vulva and vagina washing.The observation group received hygiene education to change bad health habits,and local treatment with miconazole nitrate vaginal suppository（one time every night,for 7 days）.The effects after 7 days and the recurrence rates of cured after 1 month were compared.RESULTS The efficacy and the recurrence rate were 93.3% and 3.6% in the observation group and 73.3% and 5.9% in the control group,respectively.And there was significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION Health education,improvement of poor living habits,and application of miconazole nitrate vaginal suppository are effective,safe and reliable for the treatment of fungal vaginitis.
