Quality control of medical equipment cleaning in central sterile supply department

目的加强医疗器械清洗质量管理,提高清洗质量,保证灭菌效果,有效控制医院感染。方法加强清洗环节控制,选用符合要求、适宜温度的水和酶洗剂,采用适当的清洗方法对器械进行清洗,并对清洗后的器械进行严格检测。结果 2009年9月-2010年9月共清洗各类器械包38 000个,平均每包器械10~30件;工作人员日常自查目测均合格,质量控制组抽检其中齿类轴节器械500件,非齿类无轴节器械400件,金属管腔吸头类器械600件,呼吸机管道200根,骨科组合器械400件,各类穿刺针200件,检测合格率占抽检总数99.65%,不合格者均为清洗操作不当所致,重新清洗后均合格。结论加强器械清洗质量管理,是保证清洗质量,有效控制医院感染的重要手段。

OBJECTIVE To enhance medical equipment clean quality control,improve clean quality,assure sterilization,validation control nosocomial infection.METHODS The clean process management was enhanced,water and enzyme lotion should be compliant with the requirements,the adequate temperature and the adequate clean way for medical equipment clean and strict detection after the cleaning.RESULTS From Sep 2009 to Sep 2010,totally 38000 instruments set were cleaned,10 to 30 pieces each.Daily visual inspection of staff self checking was acceptable,checked randomly including,gear type coupling 500,non-gear keyless coupling 400,metal tube pipette tips 600,breathing machine duct 200,associated medical equipment of orthopedics department 400,puncture needle 200,the qualified rate was 99.65%,hereinbefore the unqualified was caused by inadequate clean,but then could be qualified after rewashing.CONCLUSION Enhancing medical equipment clean quality control is an important method to guarantee the clean quality and validation control of nosocomial infection.
