摘要
目的探讨除锈剂的有效使用时间,降低医疗器械清洗成本。方法每天挑选经过清洗后仍有锈迹的医疗器械,置于除锈剂中浸泡除锈;按设定的日期、时间进行刷洗除锈试验,目测观察、记录除锈效果及高压蒸汽灭菌后有无返锈现象;同时定期对该除锈剂进行细菌培养。结果除锈剂配制<30 d,315件器械浸泡30 min后锈迹均可清除,除锈率达100.0%;经高压蒸汽灭菌后无返锈现象;使用中的除锈剂<30 d细菌培养9次均为阴性。结论除锈剂配制后<30 d均可有效使用,避免频繁更换增加器械清洗成本。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effectively using time of rust remover,reduce the medical instrument cleaning cost.METHODS The medical instruments still with rust after cleaned and disinfected was collected,then put in the rust remover every day.Derusting experiment was performed according to the predetermined date and time.Visually observed,recorded the derusting effect and the rerust phenomenon after high-pressure steam sterilization,while makes germiculture to the rust remover at regular intervals.RESULTS The rust of three hundred-fifteen medical instruments could be removed after 30 minutes soaked in the rust remover that within 30 days preparation,and have no redust phenomenon.Derusting rate was 100.0%.within 30 days germiculture of the using rust remover nine times was electronegative.CONCLUSION Rust remover solution within 30 days is effective,no need frequently change,thereby reduce equipment cleaning cost.
