无菌器材包过期重新灭菌的调查与分析

目的通过对消毒供应中心中无菌器材包过期重新灭菌的数量进行统计,分析其原因并提出相应的措施。方法将2008年1月-2009年9月共2886包次的过期重新灭菌的器材包,分成改进前的A时间段组和B时间段组,改进后的C时间段组和D时间段组,然后对各组数据进行对比分析。结果改进前的A组、B组的无菌器材包过期重新灭菌的频次分别为1.96%和2.83%,而改进后的C、D组的无菌器材包过期重新灭菌的频次仅分别为0.18%和0.26%,证实改进效果明显。结论合理备用器材包基数、规范器材包的灭菌措施和改进使用灭菌包装材料,可以有效避免无菌器材包过期重新灭菌的现象。

OBJECTIVE To make a statistical analysis of the number of overdue aseptic devices wraps requiring resterilization,to analyze the causes and propose the corresponding measures.METHODS A total of 2886 packs of total times of overdue hereafter again the sterilize device wrap,be divided into before improve A time a segment set and B time a segment a set set,after improve of C time segment set and D time segment set,then carry on contrast to each data analytical.RESULTS A set,B set before improvement had no the germ device wrap overdue later again sterilize Pin time distinguish were 1.96% and 2.83%,but improved the C set,D set of empress had no the germ device wrap overdue later again the sterilize Pin time only distinguished to 0.18% and 0.26% and confirm improvement effect obviously.CONCLUSION Reasonable back up device pack the cardinal number,norm device wrap of sterilize measure and improvement of using sterilize packing material,can effectively avoid have no the germ device wrap overdue later again sterilized phenomenon.
