2008-2009年安徽省铜绿假单胞菌耐药性监测 被引量:3

Surveillance of antimicrobial resistance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Anhui during 2008-2009

摘要 目的了解临床分离铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物耐药性。方法对2008-2009年安徽省30所医院的细菌耐药监测资料中铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株的耐药性情况进行分析,细菌药敏采用琼脂稀释法;并按2009年CLSI指导原则的标准计算细菌对抗菌药物的药敏率,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2008、2009年分离出铜绿假单胞菌分别为121、198株,检出率为13.4%、16.0%,同时2008、2009年多药耐药株数分别为56、49株,多药耐药率分别为46.3%、24.8%;阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、碳青霉烯类抗菌药物是对铜绿假单胞菌作用较强的抗菌药物,同时较2008年相比较,2009年头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类耐药性有所下降。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况比较严重;合理使用抗菌药物是控制耐药性的有效手段。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the trend of resistance to antimicrobial agents among clinical isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa.METHODS Agar diffusion test was used to analyze the changes of antimicrobial susceptibility of P.aeruginosa from 30 hospitals in Anhui between 2008 and 2009.The resistance rate(R%),intermediate rate(I%) and susceptible rate(S%) of drugs were calculated according to the criteria in guidelines of CLSI(2009).The former two were then merged into one single group,and analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software.RESULTS With in the two years,a total of 121 strains and 198 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated separately in 2008 and 2009,while the detection rates were 13.4% and 16.0%.However,the statistics of multidrug resistant strains were 56(46.3%) and 49(24.8%) respectively;Amikacin,piperacillin-tazobactam,carbapenem antibiotic were the most active antimicrobial agents against P.aeruginosa.In comparison with 2008,the resistance rate of P.aeruginosa to cephalosporins,quinolones decreased in 2009.CONCLUSION Antimicrobial resistance of PAE is fairly serious;Rational use of antibiotics is an effective method of controlling the drug resistance.
