摘要
以调质态40Cr为研究对象,通过一系列压缩试验,分析了不同调质态、不同压下量下的压缩变形后试样硬度的分布及变化规律。采用有限元模拟获得了相应的压缩变形后的等效应变分布规律,并构建了室温条件下等效应变与维氏硬度关系。结果表明:预测值与实测值比较吻合,最大误差仅为1.88%。
By compression tests of different deformation conditions, the hardness distribution and change rules of the 40Cr being quenched and tempered after compressive deforma- tion were analyzed. Through the finite element simulation, the corresponding equivalent strain distribution rule after compression deformation was obtained, and the mathematical relationship between equivalent strain and hardness was established. The results show that the predicted value fits well with the test results, and the maximum error is only 1.88%.
