摘要
首次提出利用高频冲击实现板料成形的新技术——高频冲击成形,根据能量理论,建立板料的变形量与冲击动能、材料性能等参数之间的关系,为分析各种参数对成形过程的影响提供了理论依据。利用高频气缸驱动冲击件对薄板进行冲击试验,试验的初步结果表明,高频冲击成形是一种新的塑性成形技术,具有低成本、高效率和高柔性的特点。能适用于一般模具无法成形的结构,拓展了冷冲压成形的零件范围。
A novel technique-high-frequency impact forming of metal sheet was presenteu tot the first time in this paper. Based on the energy theory, the relationship between sheet deformation and some parameters such as impact kinetic energy and material performance was established. This relationship provided a theoretical basis for the analysis of the influence of various parameters on forming process. Using high-frequency cylinder driving impact pieces, the experiments of metal sheet forming caused by high-frequency impact was carried out. Experimental results show that high-frequency impact forming is a new kind of plastic forming technology. It has the advantages such as low cost, high efficiency and high flexibility. It can be used in some structure that general mold cannot form, and it expands the cold stamping parts range.
