热交换片复合模设计

摘要 通过对热交换片零件的分析,得出热交换片复合模加工工艺是由落料、成形、冲孔和翻边4道工序复合而成。详细研究了热交换片零件加工的工艺性、模具结构和模具工作过程,在模具中采用了橡胶块充当成形凸模的工艺,来实现4道工序的复合。经生产实践证明,该复合模取得了良好的经济效益。 By analysis of the hot exchange flake, the conclusion that the manufacture process is composed of blanking, forming, punching and flanging was obtained, the manufacture process and die structure and the work process were studied detailedly in this paper. The compositon of the four process was realized by taking rubber as the punch. Proved in practice, the compound die acquires good economic benefits.
