摘要
介绍了冲压工艺中的拉深、镦挤工艺。通过加工工艺方案的确定,拉深、镦挤工艺成形的计算,拉深、镦挤成形模的设计和多次拉深、镦挤工艺的成形分析,给出了螺纹板成形的计算、原则、过程和方法。设计了拉深模具。该模具的凹模采用硬质合金,不但极大地提高了模具的寿命,还有利于加工凹模圆角半径的粗糙度达到镜面。在模具结构中增加了上顶杆(上打料棒),便于工件脱离。补充设计了限位柱,对于模具的正常工作和工件内部的材料流动起到了重要的作用。
The drawing and upsetting-extruding process in stamping process were lntroaucea in this paper. By comfirming the processing technology scheme, calculating the forming of drawing and upsetting-extruding process, designing forming die for drawing and upsettingextruding process and analyzing the forming process of multiple drawing and upsettingextruding process, the calculation, principle, process and method of the forming process for thread plate were given in this paper. The drawing die was designed. And the die of the mold was made by hard alloy, which not only improved die life, but also was beneficial to the roughness of processing circular-angle radius of die to reach mirror plate more easily. Upper ejector rod was added in the die structure for ease of workpiece separation. Limit location pole was designed complementally, which played an important role in the normal work of the die and the material flow inside the workpiece.
