摘要 通过隔板付零件级进模工艺研究,介绍了采用UG-PDW设计级进模具,并详细介绍了排样、仿真和级进模具结构的主要设计过程,运用PDW设计多工位级进模的方法和步骤。实践证明:该方法提高了设计效率,缩短了级进模开发周期,优化了工艺方案,模具运行状态平稳,生产的零件质量可靠。 Based on study of progressive die process for the partition board pays, the progressive die designed by UG-PDW was introduced. And the main design program of layout, simulation and mold structure were expounded. Then the method and procedure of the multi-position progressive die were designed based on PDW. Proved in practice, this method improves the design efficiency, shortens the mold manufacturing period, optimizes the process and makes the die run smoothly, and the quality of its products is reliable.
