摘要
通过对帝豪翼子板自动化冲压工艺分析,采用左右件双件合并同时成形以及过拉深、过翻边、回弹补偿和过整形方法,达到了翼子板几何尺寸精度要求及外观冲压质量的要求。通过生产实践证明,该工艺提高了自动化冲压效率和材料利用率。
Based on the automatic stamping process analysis of DIHAO fender, by using the methods of double stamping and over drawing, over flanging, springback compensation and over truing, the requirement of geometric dimension precision, appearance and stamping quality were reached. Proved in practice, the process improves the automatic stamping efficiency and material utilization.
