摘要
基于CAE技术,以普通手机外壳为实例,介绍了Moldflow Insight软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。首先进行了有限元模型的前期处理,其中包括导入三维模型、划分网格、设置工艺条件和确定最佳浇口位置。然后对比在不同浇口数量时,对制件的填充时间、压力分布、气穴分布、熔接痕分布、体积收缩率和翘曲变形等的影响,并根据分析结果给出了相应的选择和调整方案。最后,完成Moldflow软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。
Based the CAE technology, the application of Moldflow Insight in injection mold design of mobile phone cover was introduced. First, the finite element model, including importing three-dimensional model, meshing, process setting and determining the best gate location was preprocessed. And then, the effect of the number of gate on the impact of filling time, distribution of pressures and gas cavity, distribution of welding lines, cubical contraction and warpage distortion quantity of the plastics part was compared. According to the analysis results, program to select and adjust was obtained. And finally, the application of moldflow in injection mold design was completed.
