摘要
围绕五轴联动加工中心后置处理程序的开发工作,在对机床结构的了解、机床机械参数的取得以及机床M和G指令等深入研究的基础上,初步构造ParpasDiamond后置处理程序。然后在该设备上进行NC程序的空运行、试切、正式加工等调试工作,并通过三坐标测量工件的加工精度来间接验证后置程序的正确性等控制方法,最终实现了Parpas Diamond的后置处理程序的开发。
Focused on the post-processing program development of five-axis machining center, based on in-depth researches on the strcture, mechanical parameters and M & G instructions of the machine, the post-processing program of Parpas Diamond was initially construc- ted. Then the debugging procedures such as the dry running of NC program, trial cut and formal process were conducted on the equipment. The correctness of post program was indiredtly verified based on the precision of coordinate measuring workpieces. Finally, the development of Parpas Diamond post processing program was realized.
