摘要
采用直接混合法简便地合成了纤维状聚苯胺纳米材料(PAni),其电导率达1.299 S·cm。电化学阻抗谱表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,聚苯胺添加量为0.4%~0.6%时,涂覆聚苯胺/环氧复合涂层(P/E)的A3钢有很好的耐蚀作用,浸泡2400 h后阻抗值仍大于10~9Ω·cm^2。
Polyaniline nanofibers (PAni) with high conductivity of 1. 299 S · cm were synthesized by rapid mixed method. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) showed that the polyaniline/epoxy (P/E) composite coating containing 0. 4% to 0. 6% PAni had good corrosion protection performance on A3 steel in NaCl (3.5%) solution. Impedance of the coating was more than 10^9 Ω · cm^2 after the electrode was immersed for 2400 h.
