不同悬臂浇筑法对连续梁内力及线形影响分析

摘要 本文分析了两种施工方法的差异及注意事项。分别采用移动支架法和挂篮浇筑法,对主跨80m连续梁进行全施工过程仿真模拟,对比整个施工阶段、成桥阶段以及成桥3年后在桥梁应力和线形方面的差异。结果表明:两种施工方法在施工过程中和成桥后对桥梁应力和线形影响基本一致,将挂篮浇筑变更为支架浇筑时,不用进行设计图纸的修改,从而为实际工程变更提供理论依据。 Two types of-Cantilever construction methods were analyzed in this paper.The construction method by moving support system and the Cast-in-place cantilever method with cradles were adopted to study the continue beam bridge with 80m main span in analogue simulation respectively.Comparative study was carried out in construction stage,post- construction stage and three years after construction.The results showed that inertial forces and displacement deformation of the bridge by constructing in two different types way were similar.If the construction method with support system was used instead of the construction method with cradles,the design drawing need not to change.
