摘要
高校图书馆馆员人际关系的和谐,既是时代发展的必然要求,也是图书馆和馆员自身发展的内在需求。本文探讨了馆员人际关系的内涵,进而从注重沟通、"四个待人"、良好心态的视角阐述了馆员和谐人际关系的构建。
The harmonious interpersonal relationships between Librarians are necessary for the development of libraries and librarians themselves.This article discussed interpersonal contents,and then analyzed how to construct harmonious interpersonal relationships based on communication,four ways to treat people and good mentality.
