摘要
本交给出一种遗传算法，可用于实现对机动目标状态群的实时估计，进而给出对机动目标拦截的全局性最优问题向拦截的区域性最优问题的转化方法。
A hereditary algorithm is given in short words and used to achieve the real time estimate in a group for states vectors of mobile obective. Amethed intreduces how to convert the optimum intercept from overall situationinto regions.
