胃肠手术后早期肠内营养的重要性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨不同营养支持方式对胃肠手术患者的影响。方法将127例胃肠手术患者随机分成治疗组和观察组。治疗组69例,采用EN和PN联合,对照组58例,采用PN,观察两组的治疗疗效。结果治疗组的患者满意度为91.30%,对照组为75.86%,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用肠内营养联合肠外营养支持,对胃肠手术患者恢复具有良好的治疗效果,更易于机体的康复,促进蛋白质的合成,提高患者的免疫力,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。
