自拟清心安神汤治疗恶性肿瘤患者失眠40例

Treatment on 40 cases of insomniacs in patients with malignat tumor by self-prescribed Qingxinanshen decoction

目的探讨自拟清心安神汤治疗恶性肿瘤患者失眠的临床疗效。方法 40例符合诊断标准的心肾不交型失眠患者,均服用自拟清心安神汤剂,每日一剂,共10d。观察服药后患者失眠、伴随症状及睡眠质量等在治疗前后的变化,评价其疗效。结果按疗效标准判定疗效,治愈7例(17.5%),显效11例(27.5%),有效19例(47.5%),无效3例(7.5%),总有效率92.5%。结论自拟清心安神汤治疗恶性肿瘤患者心肾不交型失眠有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-prescribed Qingxinanshen Decoction for insomniacs in patients with malignat tumor.Methods 40 patients with insomniacs of disharmony between heart and kidney type accorded with the diagnostic criteria received self-prescribed Qingxinanshen decoction,daily a dose,for 10 days.To value the clinical efficacy of self-prescribed Qingxinanshen Decoction,the insomniacs,other accompanied symptoms and the quality of sleep were observed before and after treatment.Results According to the efficacy criteria,among the patients treated with self-prescribed Qingxinanshen decoction：7 cases（17.5%） were cured,11 cases（27.5%） were effected,19 cases（47.5%） were significant effected.The total efficiency rate was 92.5%,while 3 cases（7.5%） were failure.Conclusion Treatment on insomniacs of disharmony between heart and kidney type in patients with malignat tumor by self-prescribed Qingxinanshen decoction showed clinical effectiveness.
