胎儿分娩期子宫外产时治疗的麻醉处理7例 被引量：5

摘要 自从1963年Lileyl实施第1例胎儿手术以来，许多国家都先后开展了胎儿手术。目前胎儿手术主要分为3类：分娩期子宫外产时治疗，即胎儿娩出前对胎儿实施手术治疗；孕期开放式宫内手术，一般于孕20～24周实施；孕期微创手术，即胎儿镜手术，常用于宫内胎儿输血、双胎输血综合征和胎儿心脏畸形的治疗等。
