摘要
目的:研究红细胞膜蛋白Band3与其配体ConA结合后对红细胞膜粘弹性的影响。方法:测量经ConA作用后的红细胞在c=0轨道上的小变形指数(DId),红细胞变形恢复半衰减时间(t0.5),以及红细胞膜蛋白强弱固定比(SW)。结果:红细胞膜粘度及弹性均发生显著改变,且呈现明显的量效关系。结论:Band3蛋白与配体ConA结合后,从宏观上导致整个红细胞膜的弹性下降,膜粘度增大。
Objective:To study the effects of the binding between Band3 proteins and ConA on RBC membrane shear elasticity and surface viscosity.Methods:We measured DId of RBC which was treated with ConA in c=0 orbit,the recover half time of RBC deformation,and RBC membrane protein S/W.Results:Both RBC membrane surface viscosity and shear elasticity significantly changed.Conclusions:The binding between ConA and Band3 protein caused RBC membrane shear elasticity increasing and also caused RBC membrane viscosity declining.
