摘要
采用高温高压无氰解吸电解工艺设备,通过对解吸液中NaOH浓度、解吸液流量进行工业试验考察及优化改进,在压力0.50~0.60 MPa、温度150℃、解吸液中w(NaOH)3%~5%、解吸液流量2.5 m3/h左右、解吸时间8 h条件下,载金炭金解吸率可达99%以上,取得了较好的技术经济指标。
With high-pressure high-temperature without-cyanide desorption electrolysis equipments,the desorption rate of gold loaded carbon reaches 99 %,under the following conditions,pressure 0.50-0.60 MPa,temperature 150 ℃,desorption solution w(NaOH)3 %-5 %,desorption solution flow rate 2.5 m3/h and desorption time 8 h.Good economic benefits are obtained.The NaOH concentration in desorption solution and its flow rate is optimized.
