现代性语境下公共性问题的哲学批判

A Philosophical Critique of the Issues on Publicness in the Context of Modernity

对现代性语境下公共性问题进行哲学批判必须满足两个要求：一是对公共性为何发生和如何发生进行前提考察和过程分析，这是我们立足于公共性角度对现代性进行辩护的理论依据；二是对现代性语境下作为问题出现的公共性进行价值判断、找出社会根据，并就公共性的重建问题给出可能的解决方案，这是我们对现代性语境下公共性问题进行哲学批判的现实基础。前者满足的是分析的要求，后者满足的是规范的要求；分析与规范的统一是我们对公共性问题进行哲学批判所必须坚持的原则。

The human need for publicness is founded on the contradiction between the one-sidedness and non-self-sufficiency of human beings and his or her attempts to live a complete life;communication and cooperation are both the fundamental ways to resolve this contradiction.The process of modernization has endowed the public issues with a dual character:it brings the publicness in the mode of value,but doesn't result in publicness with more and more forms of meaning,while the latter is exactly the ultimate value in terms of people's lives.The human need for publicness is the logical starting point of philosophical analysis of public issues;modernity is the social basis of defending and criticizing publicness philosophically;this critique's theoretical purport is to provide a possible mode for the reconstruction of publicness.
