摘要
首先利用UGNX7.5版本软件,按照1∶1比例建立某型号TV底座部件模型,部件由3个零件组成,由6颗自攻螺钉联结。其次,在CAD模型的基础上建立有限元模型,利用NX NASTRAN求解器,对所设计的模型进行结构静力学分析,验证设计可行性,同时依据仿真结果优化设计。结果表明,基于UG的CAE分析能很好地验证CAD设计,并为设计优化提供数据支持。
In this paper, the chassis for LED TV model is created based on UGNX7.5 software firstly. Secondly the finite model is created based on the CAD model. At last the application of loads and constraints to the model is simulated. The result reveals that the CAE method based on UG is very valuable and important to design of product.
