内生真菌SEF15927对截短侧耳素的微生物羟化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究植物内生真菌SEF15927对截短侧耳素的转化作用。方法利用液体培养生长细胞对截短侧耳素进行生物转化。发酵液经乙酸乙酯萃取和硅胶柱层析分离获得一个羟化产物。运用质谱和核磁共振光谱鉴定结构。结果转化产物为2-羟基截短侧耳素。结论植物内生真菌SEF15927为一具有高转化率的截短侧耳素羟化菌株, Objective To study the hydroxylation of pleuromutilin biotransformed by an endophytic fungal strain SIA-F15927. Methods Pleuromutilin was incubated with growing culture of strain SEF15927. One hydroxylation metabolite was extracted with ethyl acetate and purified by silica gel chromatography. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis including MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Results The product was identified as 2-hydroxypleuromutilin. Conclusion Hydroxylation of pleuromutilin by a new fungal isolate SEF15927 produced 2-hydroxypleuromutilin in high yield.
