肠炎沙门菌污染鸡蛋的机制 被引量:1

摘要 肠炎沙门菌(Salmonella enteritidis,SE)是引起人类食源性沙门菌病大流行的主要病原菌之一,其传播的主要媒介是被污染的鸡蛋。肠炎沙门菌一般通过两种可能途径造成鸡蛋污染。本综述从细胞和分子水平上概述了在蛋鸡生殖道和鸡蛋中宿主与病原体的互作,旨在强调肠炎沙门菌与其它血清型沙门菌之间的潜在性差异,揭示肠炎沙门菌更易污染鸡蛋的机制。
